The Transformation Michigan university internet church will enter the education mountain through cyberspace, by utilizing varying methods of approach such as:

APOLOGETICS that will bring relevancy to this present and future generation.

UNIQUE ways to make Christianity relevant to the culture.

ANSWERING difficult questions, doubts and concerns regarding Biblical issues.

DEFENDING THE FAITH regarding the validity and divine authorship of the Bible.

DISCUSSION OF ISSUES of today that are relevant to this culture.

STRENGTHENING FAITH through encouragement, training, and equipping.

24/7 PRAYER connecting campus groups in Michigan with the Luke 18 Project.

UTILIZING SPEAKERS who can shake the minds of this generation.

"As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. 8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:10)".

The educational mountain (kingdom) must be challenged as it is man-centered. There are seven humanistic world kingdoms where Christians must rise up and scale to leverage their influence (Isaiah 2:2) - to make an impact for God's purposes. It is walking out the assignment by faith God has given you. These seven mountains or kingdoms are known as church, family, education, government/law, media/communication, arts/entertainment, and business/economics. Education has a great impact as our eyes and ears are doors or gateways to our belief system. We are called to occupy the land and take the kingdom by force utilizing the Gospel of salvation and God's kingdom principles. Raise up a standard on universities across Michigan and our nation.

"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks You a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; 16 having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. 17 For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil (1 Peter 3:15-17)."

STRATEGIC PLAN TO IMPACT  UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES IN MICHIGAN!
 

   We need your help to engage 83 counties in Michigan in specific focused prayer for our young people on university campuses across our state.  Prayer houses will unite “as one” across streams in the body of Christ in persistent, desperate, passionate, unified prayer.  We all have a stake in this younger generation. 

 

   This is a plan where I would need your prayers to agree on for our young people.  I would rather attempt to do something and fail as opposed to doing nothing! Prayer and evangelism go hand in hand as prayer gives wings to the Gospel.  You are welcome to judge, comment, and give suggestions to what I will attempt to do.

 

THE STRATEGY:

 

• Engage 83 counties in Michigan in Prayer for our University campuses utilizing a specific prayer focus submitted to me by university students who are Christians.

 

• Connect praying groups on universities with our efforts.  MSU, CMU, U of M, and EMU have agreed already.

 

• Put in every Freshman and Sophomore mailbox in their Dorms the  post card that has been designed (www.MUICZONE.COM) to adverstise, promote, and inform students of this valuable resource that is available.  This site is designed to be a “technological laborer” in a world where many of these students exist.  We will do this at EMU and MSU in March as a trial run.

 

• Connect University Christian Campus Groups to the website for relational connections on that campus

 

• I will be visiting universities to pass out promotional post cards, open air preach, and make relational connections.

 

• I need to raise $600.00 to print the initial 20,000 cards.  We will be making a few adjustments and putting on them – “abused or depressed” – as a new section on the website will go up “Healing Life’s Hurts”.  WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN HELPING TO DEFRAY THIS COST?  After the first printing more funds will be needed to impact universities in our state.

I have worked on college campuses for 18 years in areas of apologetics and evangelism and see the areas of need that need to be targeted. University students are stepping forward to help in this outreach to approach this generation in a new and relevant way to impact cultural gateways.

It will take finances to make this site "cutting edge" and what it needs to be to reach this generation of young people in Michigan. Building a website such as this will take time, web skills, resources, technology, and thousands of dollars. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
