WHAT IS A WRIT OF MANDAMUS…It is a command to perform an administrative action or not to take a particular action, and it is supplemented by legal rights. In the American legal system it must be a judicially enforceable and legally protected right (such as our Constitution) before one suffering a grievance can ask for a mandamus. A person can be said to be aggrieved only when they are denied a legal right by someone who has a legal duty to do something and abstains from doing it.  

WRIT OF MANDAMUS TO MICHIGAN – As a part of the Ekklesia of Michigan, we issue the Writ of Mandamus to the legislators in Michigan.  We declare the legislators will stand in their authority determined to accomplish what we have elected them to do. They are resolute to bring righteousness into our government. They are men and women after God’s own heart and humbly repent of everything in their lives that has kept them from performing their duties. 

They have the strength of character to do so and every resource to bring Michigan back into alignment with the purposes of God. We declare every form of resistance is now crumbling and powerless against them. They stand on the God-given Constitution and every right it affords. They are unstoppable. They are tireless to bring Michigan to original intent. They are not afraid of the threats of the enemy for they are covered in the righteousness of the blood of Jesus Christ.

WRIT OF MANDAMUS:  THE HIGHEST COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD THE – People of God, Plaintiffs, vs. THE PRINCIPALITY OF BAAL (Including Baal, Queen of Heaven, Leviathan, Political Spirit) Defendant, WRIT OF MANDAMUS This matter comes before this Court seeking enforcement of the People of God’s fundamental rights and God given authority based on the founding principles of the Forefathers of our Nation.

The Plaintiffs seek to employ a Writ of Mandamus to provide a prompt resolution to a defect of justice. Specifically, to those in the Government of the United States of America who are operating under the influence of any Spirit other than the Spirit of the Living God and have failed to perform their duties as required by law, which they have neglected, some based on their personal opinions and not on the basis of their statutory duty.

Accordingly, The Court Finds:

1. The People of God have sought and obtained from the Court a Decree of Divorce wherein the Plaintiff was found to be entitled to have sole right, claim, and interest, in and to all gifts, possessions and inheritance from Plaintiffs’ Father and Defendant was forever banned from the title, control or use of such gifts, possessions or inheritance. (Psalm24:1) (Psalm 115:16)

2. The People of God have received a verdict from Heaven’s Court on July 22, 2014 for the Reconstitution and Re-establishment of the United States According to Original Intent.

3. The People of God have established a DECLARATION OF COVENANT and have presented ourselves before the Highest Court of the Kingdom of God, with the intent to re-consecrate this Nation according to the covenants made with Jesus Christ by our forefathers.

4. The People of God have repented of the church operating in the political spirit and therefore opening the door to it in the government. Additionally, the People of God repented for the government operating in it and decreed that our states would no longer operate in the political spirit.

5. That the Pilgrims, on November 11,1620 committed the land and government to “the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith,” according to the Mayflower Compact.

6. That the Founding Fathers of these United States developed the three branches of our government based on Isaiah 33:22 which says: “For the Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King…” and therefore the Lord is the head of our Government and should empower every branch of government.

7. That John Adams, a Founding Father, declared “We Recognize No Sovereign but God, and no King but Jesus!” The Highest Court having fully considered the Plaintiffs’ plea for a Writ of Mandamus to enforce its prior rulings and proclamations, and finding the request timely made, does this day issue this Writ of Mandamus on behalf of The People of God, Plaintiffs.

It is the unlimited authorization of this Writ to bind this strongman and the entire house over which he has rule, to authorize the carrying off of all property in his possession or delegated under him to any part of his principality or in any way related to him, and to plunder his house. (Matthew 12:29) Therefore, let the Writ issue, and from this order there shall be no appeal. ________________________________ THE SUPREME JUDGE
