TONIGHT’S CALL – PASTOR PAWLOWSKI INCREDIBLE TESTIMONY…HEROES!

The season of time we have encountered has produced men and women who have stepped forward and literally have become “HEROES”. What is a Hero? It is a person of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his or her brave deeds and noble qualities. Heroes come in many forms in life, ranging from one’s family and friends to athletes to movie stars. A hero is selfless, a genuinely good person, and someone gets the undivided attention of all of us and causes change. They are someone willing to risk their own life to save another. Heroes elevate us emotionally; they heal our psychological ills; they build connections between people; they encourage us to transform ourselves for the better; and they call us to become heroes and help others.

The Bible refers to many of its Biblical Heroes in Hebrews Chapter 11. This chapter is what we can call the “Hall of Faith”…. read the whole chapter as it is filled with Heroes. The Word says a hero can be anyone that does something; they may carry some fears but are brave enough to still do something. God for most part uses foolish things to create change. He uses simple people like you and I to take down evil structures:

“But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;” (1 Corinthians 1:27)

Christian Heroes live by Faith as the purpose of any Christian Hero is to spread the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in their mission they have been called to: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” (Romans 1:16)

Always Be on Guard. You must first have the mindset of a hero.
Help Your Loved Ones. Actions are the best ways to show your loved ones that you care, especially when they are unexpected.
Be Kind to Strangers.
Find A Cause You Believe In.
Every Penny Counts.
Inspire Other Heroes.
