TONIGHT’S CALL – RICK WARZYWAK WITH RALPH REBANDT…WHY WE NEED GODLY MEN AND WOMEN TO RUN FOR OFFICE!!!

We are in a day where Christian foundations are being destroyed. Yesterday, we talked about how we need to take the gospel out to our sphere of influence God has placed within our grasp. People are involved in various cultural gateways. For example, if you are at your workplace are you not responsible to be ready to share the gospel knowing eternity hangs in the balance? Many times, Christians have vacated the roles and responsibility if they are involved in business, the educational realm, arts and entertainment as well as media and communications. It is obvious we are to impact our families and church with a Biblical worldview. That seems to be logical, doesn’t it?

Why not the government? We need godly men and women to rise up to represent God’s kingdom purposes. Much of the church in my opinion has failed to do this and it is the very reason we face the current attacks on our personal and religious freedoms. The Scriptures say who will rise up against the evildoers (Psalm 94:16)? The word says take the offensive or occupy until the Lord returns (Luke 19:13).

For a Christian, not to be involved in the political arena I believe is sin and a lack of our Christian responsibility. We must defend life in the womb, traditional marriage, and religious freedoms. These are far more than political issues but spiritual ones. The governmental gateways must be occupied by believers who have a Biblical worldview. We must diligently support those who carry a mantle for God’s kingdom purposes.

Why do we need righteous men and women in office? It is because the righteous considered the cause of the poor: but the wicked regarded not to know it. The word says scornful men bring a city into a snare: but wise men turn away wrath. We need men and women who exemplify righteousness. This is the quality or state of being morally correct and justifiable. It can be considered synonymous with “rightness” or being “upright”. This is the church’s finest hour so take your place and have faith you can shift any state and the nation through prayer and action. God is raising up a remnant that is part of a U-turn to create “Freedom States”. Stay the course and hold the line! This is no time to sit back but be involved!!!

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” (Proverbs 29:2)

“Therefore, I exhort first of all those supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,” (1 Timothy 2: 1-3)

“If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3)

Precinct delegates, as the voting members of their party, are the foundation of representative government. PDs choose their party’s state, district, and national leadership. They determine their party’s nominees for critical state government positions.

What’s involved? Precinct Delegates are asked to attend just three local meetings over two years to help elect conservatives at state conventions. You can do more, but three meetings are the minimum. Training is available through various groups, including michiganconservativecoalition.com.

People involved find the position gratifying. What better way to shake things up, have an impact, make great new friends, and nudge the Grand Old Party back to its conservative roots?
