TONIGHT’S’ CALL – VOTING FOR RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE!!!

We must put every effort into getting godly men and women elected to political office. A Biblical Worldview must be a foundation in their life pursuit to become a leader. Transformation of any culture begins with a turn to righteousness. Our nation lacks quality righteous leaders who are political officeholders in our nation and government. In this coming election we have an opportunity to change that. Prayer is first and foremost, but we must act and cause a Red Wave where we would see the Blood of the Lamb cover our nation through people who stand for Him. Great nations, great leaders, great employees, and great family members are always characterized by following Biblical characteristics of righteousness—that’s what makes them great!

What does it take to be a great leader who we could vote for and support to get into political office? Being a leader takes courage, discipline, and determination. While a great leader can bring great success, it also comes at the cost of being judged and overwhelmed. The Bible speaks of so many wonderful leaders and how God blessed them for their work. In an individual sense, when a leader lives in alignment with God’s character, he places himself in a position to be blessed by God, whereas unrighteous leaders are never in a place or position wherein God can extend them His divine favor in as gracious a proportion. In Proverbs 14:34, it follows that a nation’s proportion of blessing is directly related to, and tantamount to the sum of, the righteousness quotient of its individual leaders. It is only when a nation is blessed with high-principled individuals that it places itself in a position to gain God’s bestowal of blessing and favor, of overall well-being. This specifically includes its economic well-being.

Remember, personal righteousness in the population…both in citizens and leader…is the single most important quality any country can possess! We are in a battle for the soul of our nation so carrying out our civic responsibility I believe is carrying out our Biblical responsibility. To fall short in our duty of voting is selling our children’s future out to the enemy of our souls. The more we fail in that responsibility results in our nation slipping farther into the depths of moral depravity.

STAY THE COURSE AND HOLD THE LINE!

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” (Proverbs 29:2)

“Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.” (Hebrews 13:7)

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34)

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)
