We all desire life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Our MI legislature has been thrust into chaos where the “Rule of Law” is being breached by the DEMS who are in control of both our State Senate and House of Representatives. Much that is manifesting is making the “church” a target. We must stand for our religious freedoms. This past week the MI Senate took up the reinventing of the Elliott Larsen Act in Michigan. Rights were being granted to the LGBTQ Community while disregarding the “Conscience Provisions” protecting Christian businesses and the church.

What is Conscience? It is the ability to evaluate your own thoughts and desires, to discern what is right and wrong, and to distinguish between what is good and what is best. It is the most secret core and sanctuary of any individual. The Conscience of men and women must be honored in any free society. When it is not honored society is no longer free. People become slaves to any prevailing ideology and subject to discrimination. Any violation of conscience is a very serious abuse of authority, in which official power is used to dictate what someone else’s inward beliefs must be and for someone to articulate beliefs he or she does not share. The Christian voice must be heard as there is life and death in our tongue! We are dealing with moral issues here which some say are political…which is wrong! Will you come? I believe it is our Christian responsibility. Yes, it is a sacrifice of our time and resources. Look at what is at stake…RELIGIOUS FREEDOM!!!

WHO: Christian Business Owners, Pastors, Ministry Leaders, Intercessors, and all Christians who believe in Religious Freedom.

IMPORTANT: We need volunteers to deliver a letter to each Senator and State Rep. We will need volunteers to come to MICHOP (Michigan Capitol House of Prayer – 321 West Ottawa) at 8:30 AM. We will send you out to visit offices in 2’s and 3’s.

PARKING: You must use parking structures as the MICHOP Parking Lot will not be available!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND WHY WE ARE GATHERING???

Our “Christian Conscience” rights are being chipped away that are provided by our MI and U.S. Constitution. Who will rise to protect our children and grandchildren? This “Flash“ prayer, praise and worship gathering will be a peaceful time where we unify our voice in song and prayer to make an appeal to heaven for God to intervene in our governmental affairs in Michigan.

God inhabits the praise of His people” (Psalm 22:3)

MESSAGE TO PASTORS: This impacts you directly. You may say I and my church are protected. You are mistaken. This is a step to remove all your rights as a church. Your silence will bring future repercussions. We ask you to make an announcement of this gathering at your church this Sunday morning. Make the Christian business owners aware in your congregation. Make time to attend!!! We hope our legislators will see the importance of protecting Christian businesses and the church by putting in provisions in the Elliott Larsen Bill.

NAMES OF GOD SERIES – CHRISTOPHER HUDSON…JEHOVAH SHAMMAH…THE LORD IS THERE!

It is perhaps the most common, most haunting question we ever ask: God, where are you? We ask it in all kinds of situations: when a child is rebelling, when we are in the emergency room, when we are unemployed, when hope seems lost, when evil is winning, when death intrudes. But in these moments, the prophet Ezekiel has a good answer for us. He was once gifted with a remarkable vision of the end of time. He saw a heavenly city, the new Jerusalem. And he heard God give the city the name Jehovah Shamma, “THE LORD IS THERE.” Technically, Jehovah Shamma is less a title of God in more the name of a place. But since heaven and God are so closely connected, Shamma can be applied to God himself: God is indeed there.

Ezekiel’s vision is not only a foreshadowing of how things will be but also a reminder of the way things began– the way things were meant to be. When God first created humans (Genesis 1-2), He walked with His human creatures and that paradise known as Eden. Adam and Eve enjoyed free, unfettered access to God. But when they chose sin (Genesis 3), the human race lost that access. In the days of the Old Testament, God can only be approached with the help of a priest and through a sacrifice of blood. On the cross, Jesus, our great high priest, offered Himself as the final sacrifice for sin. It is His perfect life, gruesome death, and glorious resurrection that make it possible for us to have access once again to God.

Jehovah Shammah is the last new name the Old Testament gives for God. It’s no coincidence that one of the first names for God given in the New Testament is a nickname given to Christ–Immanuel, which means God with us (Matthew 1:23) momentary experiences of God’s presence should whet our appetites for the unending day when we will see Him face-to-face.

QUESTION: When is a time you have had a deep sense of God’s presence?

“And He said, my presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest. And He said unto him, if my presence go not with me, Carry us not up hence. Four wherein shall be known here that I and thy people have found grace in your site? (Exodus 33: 14-16)

In 2004, Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets came to Michigan and released the word that Michigan is The Voice to the nation. What does that mean? It means that we are forerunners. John the Baptist was the VOICE! We are a corporate John the Baptist who must cry in the middle of the wilderness, preparing the Way of the Lord. It means that we must speak out and model to the nation what God is about to do. We have entered a NOW time. Prepare the Way! We are entering the time of greatest revival and awakening man has experienced.

The winds have started to blow over Michigan and they are about to hit hurricane force. Several prophets have recently released words that this is Detroit and Michigan’s time. Gina Gholston released a powerful prophetic word over Michigan in October2022. Many people thought it was related to the election. However, it’s a much bigger word than that. I believe that we have entered our Kairos opportune moment where we must activate the words. (You can read Gina’s word here)

Because of what I’ve been sensing I called Ed Watts to get his take. Two weeks ago, we counseled together over Michigan and both agreed that we must now begin to stir up the prophetic words over Michigan, call them into being. In other words, we must gather the state and corporately release our voice, stirring up what God is saying. We set February 24, 7 PM as the night we would gather.

I started calling leaders in different areas of the state, including the Upper Peninsula. In two days at least 10 agreed to come and speak in Michigan. I knew there must be a cross-section of Michigan leaders including Black, White, Hispanic, First Nations, City, Rural, Male, Female and Multigenerational. All of them are leaders of churches or hubs, big churches, small churches. Some of those who have said I’m coming are Apostles/Prophets Renee Growchowski, Jonathan Russo, Ed Watts, Keith Hudson, Joe Wenturine, Victor Torres, Asia Mchaney, Matt Jones, Bishop Andrew Merritt—father to Detroit, and several more. Chuck Pierce will be releasing a word to Michigan via video.

Ed Watts and I are hosting this one night gathering in Ann Arbor, MI, February 24, 2023, at Shekinah Christian Church, 4600 Scio Church Rd, 48103. Join us to corporately worship and release the Voice. This is a free event. However, do register so we know approximately how many people are coming and are prepared.

Day of equipping for reformers in Michigan. Pastor Peter Dresser is hosting Pastor Rob McCoy from California. He is the pastor of God Speak in California. His church came into the spotlight when it refused to close for Covid 19 restrictions and mandates imposed by the California government. He began spearheading a movement to oppose all government overreach which denies or religious freedoms. Recently, they went after the progressive liberalized voting laws in California. They decided to go after them and use them for their own benefit, which would be the church. He is coming to Michigan to show us how to do that very thing here! – Click Here
