Tonight’s Call – BARBARA YODER…SOUND THE ALARM!
Heaven is releasing a sound; it is being blown so loudly right now in the spirit to remind us that we are soldiers of the Lord. When Reveille is sounded on a bugle, its purpose is to awaken the soldiers and prepare them for formation. God revealed to the Prophet Ezekiel in Ezekiel 33: 6-9 what would happen if he did not sound the alarm: But if the watchmen see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people are not warned; if the sword come, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. So you, O son of man (Ezekiel), I have set you a watchman to the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
The bugle sound is used to let the soldiers know what time it is and direct them in what they are supposed to be doing at different times of the day. Soldiers know very well what those different sounds mean. The Lord is revealing to us the times and the seasons we are in right now, releasing heavenly strategy. We must take every thought captive. He is speaking freedom, freedom, freedom from all the schemes of the enemy. The number one focal point is the mindset—taking every thought captive.
“You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” (2 Timothy 2:3-4)
Sounding the alarm is to awaken one to the reality of what lies before them; for there are many who need to wake up in regards to ungodly ways that have infiltrated the land. There is ungodliness that is polluting many; wrongly influencing lives of young and old alike. No wonder our younger generation has lost their sense of direction. No wonder many individuals have lost their once held integrity. Why, because of those who are holding back, not giving warning; not sounding the alarm concerning immorality that is sweeping the land; or have become blinded by acceptance and tolerance of the same.
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
It’s time to conquer our thought patterns so that we move forward to occupy the land that has always belonged to the Kingdom of God. Isn’t it so amazing how the Lord appoints us, His sons and daughters, to do the work as PIONEERS here on Earth to fulfill His dream? A huge paradigm shift is taking place in the church and the world. It’s going to cause the church to see things from God’s perspective. We have taken many things for granted and let’s face it people do not like change.
IMPORTANCE OF SYNERGY: This is a multiplication of power through combined effort. 1 + 1 = 2 in most cases in the physical world – but not when people work together. Strength is multiplied in this case. Spiritual synergy takes place when 2-3 pray together. Power in agreement!
PIONEER OR A SETTLER!
Think of yourself now as pioneers and not settlers! You are literally a book where God wants to add chapters as you fulfill your calling and destiny. Put yourself into God’s storyline – the old stories are your stories.
PIONEERS: They go out and discover new places in the Spirit. It manifests out of hunger and desperation that there is more. They have passion and are not satisfied with pacifiers. They are dreamers! It is an English word that is derived from a French word which means pickaxe. Germans used the word as foot soldiers and trench diggers. In wartime it meant marching before an invading army to prepare the way and repair the road.
The pioneering church has the answer for current world events. We are on the verge of another great awakening…do we want to be part of that? The church in society must always have a posture of taking the lead and being a pioneer to impact the cultural gateways of society which are Government; Education; Church; Family; Business; Arts and Entertainment; Media/Communications. We must never lose a pioneering spirit as God moves and we may miss out on something.
“The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force” (Matt. 11:12). “The violent take it by force” means that an energetic force takes for itself what is rightfully its own. . . . This is a season where violence is required to get things accomplished in the supernatural that could never be done in the natural. . . . This requires a new level of courage, determination, perseverance and unwavering faith. Women who have never felt violent will now arise in faith and believe God for the impossible. What are the qualities of a PIONEER???
*Pioneers take territory – Philip took the gospel to Samaria.
*Pioneers reached the unreachable and included the excluded – Simon the wizard; the Ethiopian eunuch; and Saul who became Paul.
*Pioneers defy the odds and bring longevity to the season we are presently in. It brings fruitfulness and life where we will not die on the vine.
*Pioneers birth opportunities for people. Let us be proactive and apply solutions to today’s problems. You are all pioneers and have been given a sphere of influence to impact. Sometimes a pioneer is just doing what you have been called to do and be faithful in the assignment.
*Pioneers stretch boundaries
*Pioneers redefine and reinvent the parameters of the possible and violate the laws of the impossible – Hebrews 11:1
*Pioneers think bigger and believe we serve a God of signs, wonders, and miracles.
*Pioneers do not look for another normal predictable Sunday but instead one that is spontaneous with the presence of God.
Pioneers see that the Normal church is an enemy of the purposes of God. Why? Because it enables us to grab hold of enough pacifiers to make us settlers and we lose passion to go forth in the purposes of God.

WHAT OCEANS TEACH US
ECOLOGY – When Adam and Eve sinned, biological life was changed causing weeds and thorns to appear on earth for the first time. Both plant and animal life are changed with defensive and offensive survival mechanisms. For many years modern agriculture has relied on herbicides and insecticides to protect crops from pests. God’s pests, which modern science has only recently learned to copy. This spined soldier bug also known as the stinkbug is one of these natural pest control systems. It is over 100 different past, including commercially damaging insects such as the cotton bollworm and Gypsy moth. Researchers have found that spraying crops with the natural chemical made by the stinkbug attracts stink bugs to the fields. The stinkbug then devours the harmful insects without harmony crops. God told Adam and Eve in the beginning that they were to have dominion over all creation. This word in Hebrew means to understand, care for, and control. We have much to gain when we realize that all creation is a design system from which we can learn.
