Tonight’s Call – CURSES, BLESSINGS AND SPRINKLINGS PT 2!

POINTS TO PONDER: We are in a war season where the voice of the prophets must be heard. May we take our place on the wall as watchmen and never lose heart. We have been chosen for such a time as this. The praying and action remnant “Ecclesia” is on the move with no fear with victory in our grasp!

RICK JOYNER: This morning the Lord said to me something I don’t ever recall Him saying before — specifically before—that we really are coming to the end of this age. He has been speaking to me about the coming troubles, and the testing of our faith, but as an encouragement! Peter wrote that the testing of our faith is more valuable than gold, and this is how we need to look at them. We are entering the greatest time of trouble there has ever been on the earth, but also the greatest revelation of His glory. It is a great privilege to be alive at this time, and though it will be hard, it will be worth it.

LANA VAWSER: Recently, I heard the Lord say, “Battlegrounds are turning to war rooms.” As He spoke, I saw battlegrounds being flipped on their heads, and they were turning to war rooms. As I asked the Lord what He was saying, I heard: “Where many have been facing relentless battles, and have been feeling like they have been living ‘under’ so much, and have been feeling like victims to their circumstances—to opposition and to warfare coming against them—I am now flipping it on its head and leading My people into a place of overcoming. I am releasing the revelation of the VICTOR in this hour in greater ways. I am the VICTOR, and I am revealing Myself in greater ways as the Victorious One. I am the One who has OVERCOME.“

NATHAN SHAW: God is summoning His people today. It doesn’t matter whether you are hidden in the midst of the people, visible on the front lines, or barely visible at the rear. God says, “I am calling you forward, but how [far] forward is forward enough?” It’s a provocative question. It’s a challenging question. It’s an aligning question. But most importantly, it’s a liberating question. It’s a question that He wants to answer because only He can answer it. His instruction to us is both wise and clear: “Let Me define what forward means.”

DUTCH SHEETS: In Scripture, the term “watchmen” comes from the Old Testament and describes what we would today call “sentries,” “guards,” or “lookouts.” These individuals were responsible for protecting vineyards or fields (crops) from thieves and animals, and cities from invading forces. Those watching crops were stationed on rocks, buildings, or towers to provide a better range of vision. Towers or outposts in the fields usually had sleeping quarters because it was necessary to keep watch day and night during harvest. The watchmen would take shifts – one working, one sleeping – and thereby watch 24 hours a day. Watchmen were also posted on the city walls where they functioned as sentries. From the walls, they watched for two things: messengers and enemies. They watched for messengers in order to inform the gatekeepers when to open the city gates, and more importantly, when not to. In those days, “runners” were used to carry messages from city to city, and when a known messenger was approaching, the watchmen would alert the gatekeepers that it was safe to open the gate. The watchmen on the city walls also looked for enemy soldiers. When they saw potential danger, they sounded an alarm, either by a shout or a trumpet blast. Soldiers could then prepare themselves for battle and defend the city.

ANDREW WHALEN: “Now is the time that the mantle of Moses is being passed to Joshua.” I knew by the Holy Spirit that God was announcing a shift in time in which both the Body of Christ, and America as a nation, were coming out of the wandering wilderness of death and delay into a new crossover era that would set us into alignment with our inheritance in Jesus Christ. BIOLOGY – Hot air can be cooled by the evaporation of moisture. This principle is used by the desert packrat to air conditioning its underground nest. Any source of water can be used, even water contained in freshly cut grass. The packrat gathers and stores vegetation within the compartments of this nest. Tunnels connect these compartments to the rest of the nest and allow the moist air to circulate and cooled the entire nest. The pack rats own body waste is even used as a source of moisture for cooling. The total first passes to the pack rats bathroom, and the body waste is not removed from the nest until all of the water has evaporated. During the long hot spells the packrat even brings droppings of larger animals into its nest to provide additional water first air-conditioning system. One can’t help but wonder how the little guy figured all this out. Maybe has some help from the creator!
