Tonight’s Call – THE KING IS IN THE FIELD!
Dear Michigan Leaders and Body of Christ:
Amid a critical election and war in our midst (protests of the Israel-Hamas war) God remains true, faithful, sure, our anchor, and our ever-present help. Across all of Michigan pastors report of revival flowing, people coming to Christ and out of trafficking and off drugs, people being baptized in the Great Lakes, families coming back to Christ, healing breaking forth, an increase in the Gospel being preached in cities, and so much more. The dark got darker, but the light got lighter!
What could we offer Michigan during this time to bring our state back to God further? What can we offer to God to thank Him for all He’s doing while still being desperate to see Him transfer the things of darkness into His kingdom of light?
Several state leaders agreed we could respond by Reading the Bible non-stop and out loud during the month of October. This will exalt God, His Word, and His ways above the sound of the world and bring more of heaven to earth. When God spoke, “Light be,” the sound came forth and the light was. God is brooding over Michigan. He is here. He is with us.
We are not promoting names and ministries — only God. We believe this is a God moment — not a man’s idea. To accomplish our goal and purpose will require a wide net. Though we have a lot on our plates, when considering the Readathon God said, “Step out in faith!”

BIOLOGY – European blackbirds are able to live through the cold German winters because they are designed with God-given instincts and features. To cope with the winter cold, the birds fluff up their feathers. This creates more insulating dead air spaces between their warm bodies and the cold air. Then they tucked their heads inside their feathers, making our bodies into a ball. A round ball is the most heat conserving shape possible. The ball also protects poorly insulated parts of their bodies late fee, lakes, and be. The bird’s need for energy is five times greater at 20°F below zero then it is during the summer. So the blackbirds reduce their energy needs by lowering your body temperature at night when they are curled into a ball. As a result, scientists have found that European blackbirds are in no danger of freezing, even during extremely cold winters. The design of their feathers, the ability to change your metabolism, and the instincts which allow survival and low temperature all point to the intelligent design of birds.
