APRIL 23 1996 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS OF PRAYER

BREAK UP THE HARDPAN INTERCESSORS

We’re moving into a season where we will have to be spiritually quick on our feet. Expect the unexpected this year God says. Suddenlies are not suddenlies. Every suddenly he does is because of a process of prayer and preparation. He’s been preparing the soil for what we are about to do in the plowing of this. It’s a year of acceleration. Get ready for things to speed up dramatically this year.

Summary of this new assignment God has given us Chuck said to Dutch I think the Lord is telling us this is the year to come back to all. We prayed about it for a few weeks, and they said to “touch” all fifty states.

Probably about 20 regionals. Starting here was a big part of it. The Holy Spirit told Chuck and said to Dutch, the reason we are doing this….

1. Plow the nation.

On the heels of this a prophetic intercessor gave me the word, “In this year of plowing god says years ago I assigned you to this field called America and you’ put your hand to the plow and have not turned back. [That’s true.] “Much plowing has prepared the soil for planting and good fruit has come forth.” [that’s true too] “You have plowed with a shallow plow. But now you must plow the ripper. The ripper goes deeper, breaks up the hardpan and keeps the water from reaching the nutrients. You are a Holy Ripper! Going to plow through the HARDPAN to give water and life to the roots of this nation so the flourishing can begin. This year begins with deep plowing and you will see the flourishing and even in old age you will see the flourishing.”

2. Prophetic Decrees.

Chuck said, We are going to, the Lord says, prepare the land for awakening. Prophetic decrees are going to seed the atmosphere, the heavens, and bring to a culmination of what He has been doing, it will be a finishing off and a bringing in of something new.

3. Intensity of Change. We are going to see more change in 2019 than we’ve seen in the last 20 or 30 years. The intensity in our nation will not get any less. Any tongue that rises against us we will defy it in the name of the Lord. There is a destiny over America, and we will see it established. He is well able to finish what he has started.

4. Prepare the land for awakening.

5. We are going to restore God’s hovering power over the nation. When He’s birthing he hovers. Rachaph Genesis. God was birthing something. Seed in the New Testament most often is sperma. There’s a church on the earth that is mature enough, the prophetic and apostolic are strong enough that it can be born in other parts of the world.

6. Restoration. We will release a restoration of the hovering power of God. He always works through his word and decrees

7. Activate Change Anointing.

Chuck said, We’re going to activate an anointing to birth the future. There was a woman who was totally worshipping, and it was a Holy Spirit distraction. I just agreed with her in worship. During the offering she came over to him and gave him a bag of change. She said, here this is for you. He took it to the staff. Put it on the shelf. Someone else had a dream and gave him a baggie full of change. Chuck said, “Change is coming!” He’s had two more baggies of change. How many of you believe change is coming? Change is coming. If we can receive it, we own the change. The Appeal to Heaven is God’s verdict over this nation, “I’m not finished with America. What I started I will finish.” This is the season to take out the giants/snakes.

Clay sent him a text of a dream. Dutch was in a boxing ring. He delivered a right cross that knocked the giant out. There is SO much warfare in the spiritual and the natural, because the demons, snakes, giants, and the forever loser himself are all very nervous right now. I hate all of hell and all of hell hates me. Chuck: There’s something about the beginning of this here. The hardpan in the community is going to be lifted as never before. It will lift as Ohio begins to rise up and shout victory is at hand. KY the race has begun. WVA this is a time of our victory. It will lift in PA, IN, MI. This is the beginning of the very heart of this nation being plowed up and the crossroads of this nation changing. Get your boots up, your heel will be used to stop the headship of the enemy. You are contending for a new headship. Get ready, Get your boots on. Get your heel ready to be used. You will see a nation ready to shift. That right cross punch of strength and quickness you are about to extend it in a way that it has never been extended before.

Dutch; Father, thank you for the gloves you’ve given us. We wear who you are. The eternal God has declared the end from the beginning. This year we address these strongholds through the power of the cross. As we go deeper, serpents will be exposed. Spiritual giants will be exposed over our nation. Acceleration is coming and

you will do everything you said you will do. Sparks: Brooding, hovering presence of Holy Spirit over your decrees. A decree is saying what God is saying.
