We need to be involved in both applications of the sword. This is the very reason why we are hosting to conferences upcoming in April where I am requesting your attendance. Both gatherings are described in detail below plus a breaking news that just came forth regarding our US Supreme Court and the case regarding traditional marriage in America. This is a Roe v Wade moment!

General Boykin will be coming on April 10 – 11th as the emphasis will be on what can we do to preserve our nation (Oak Initiative Website is theoakinitiative.org) with obvious reference to number one which is prayer. Rick Joyner on April 17 – 19th will have its main focus on number one – prayer by the ruling “Ekklesia” who has governmental authority but will also give faith action steps on how we can engage our culture (Oak Initiative – theoakinitiative.org).
There is no registration fee for either as we are hoping to make it easy as possible for you to attend.

Breaking News:
Last Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court announced that on April 28 it will listen to oral arguments in four consolidated cases pivotal for the future of marriage in the United States.
Two years ago, in a 5-4 decision, the Court ruled that the federal definition of marriage as one man and one woman in the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act was unconstitutional. However, at that time, the Justices resisted a Roe v Wade type of decision imposing a new definition of marriage nationwide.
Now that question is upon it. At issue are not the merits of one view of marriage over another. Rather, the Court must decide if the U.S. Constitution requires states to recognize same-sex marriage.
WHAT CAN YOU DO? – – – Apply the Double Edged Sword: 1. Pray 2. Pro-action.

Rick Joyner in Rochester – “Equipping the Ekklesia – the Governmental Authority of the Church”
Many of us realize we are in very troubling times. We must both spiritually and physically prepare to be a “house of refuge” for our friends, family, and neighbors. This gathering will be one where you will walk away with substantial information and literal solutions where you can easily apply to be ready for the days ahead.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A main focus will be meaningful contending prayer. What is meaningful contending prayer? – A Story of the “Picts” of Scotland
A good example of contending prayer can be exemplified in this brief look at history regarding the “Picts” of Scotland. Who were these people? These primitive forebears of modern Scotland would form in battle array, the men stood with their wives and children behind them on the battlefield, and everyone fought, including the women.
The blue painted “Picts” were greatly feared by Rome’s armies and legendary for their ferociousness. Do you know why? Because when a man faces a foe knowing his wife and children are right behind him, naked to the enemy swords, he fights with the intensity and feel of a madman. He will do whatever he must to ensure their survival.
A “Picts” wife and children was not securely tucked away at home, in war, “safely tucked away” is an illusion, for if the battle is lost, the whole will eventually be overrun anyway. We need to see our family on the battlefield with us. How might that affect your zeal and focus in contending prayer? The roar of the Michigan prayer watch is on… will you be part?
