I heard a national prophet say that what appears to be taking so long for us to see is really God working at lightning speed. This almost sounds like an oxymoron where how can two opposites be true. We must pay heed to the saying “the greatest advantage an enemy can have over you is to make you believe he does not exist”. God is exposing this enemy of our souls and is showing he does exist in all levels of society. Light from heaven is exposing the darkness.

The manifestation of our prayers to achieve victory seems far off at times but there is a definite strategy in play. Any war, especially a spiritual one that is not only national but international, will not be won in one day. We have different branches of the military which function separately, yet they are one. The church has different branches which we call the five-fold ministry, and they are designed to function as one. We have each been chosen to function in God’s overall strategy for the time and season wherein. We each have been given spiritual gifts which are being deployed to the front lines in God’s strategy. What is strategy?

STRATEGY: A plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim.

Strategy is where you will focus your efforts to achieve your goals, and how you will succeed—or “where to play and how to win.” It defines a specific course of action that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Having a clear and focused strategy is critically important to the success of saving our nation, and without a well-defined strategy, the effort may stall or even fail. Remember, we must take the emotion out of your decision-making process. So, we must seek the Lord diligently to see where we fit in God’s overall plan of action. We have moved into the Gregorian calendar 2022 and this week we will set a course to help define or redefine what your position is.

We must not look at these times with dread but embrace the moment we are presently in. The prayers of saints who passed on before us had positioned us for such a time as this. You may ask why me Lord? It is because you have been equipped with spiritual gifts to lead the charge and set captives free in your sphere of influence that God has given you. How many times have we said “if it is too easy it is not worth doing”. In any combat situation you must identify and go after the weak points of an enemy. The enemy of our souls does the same thing to us through fear, fatigue, and an attitude of defeat or fatalism. Through God’s grace we can turn any weakness we have into a strength.

“For by wise counsel thou shalt wage thy war, and in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” (Proverbs 24:6)

“A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.” (Proverbs 16:9)

“If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish’? Or what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks for conditions of peace. So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple.” (Luke 14: 26-33)
