The ECCLESIA must become very aggressive in this season of time we are in. Never forget the enemy wants to destroy us personally as well as our nation. We are being challenged this year 2022 to step through the door of breakthrough. We are dealing with ruling principalities over America and as believers we are in covenant to God to carry out his plans and purposes. Failure to do so will thrust us into an imaginable bondage. The good news is it is not the enemy’s time. We have been given the authority to unseat the plans and purposes of the one who has been sent to destroy us. What have we been called to do?
“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8)
AUTHORITY: It is defined as the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. … we must be encouraged today to remember Who the ultimate Authority is, our Lord Jesus Christ!
Jesus gives us the assurance that He has given us the power to overcome all the power of the enemy and nothing shall harm us. In Matthew 18, Jesus says, “Whatever we bind on earth, will be bound in heaven and whatever we lose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
We are in a very defined season of time where we as the body of Christ must mature and take hold of the authority that was given to us on the CROSS. Head knowledge versus heart knowledge are two different things. Authoritative power comes through the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8), but prayer and fasting can be helpful to get rid of disbelief and make the power more evident in your life. Is it possible to be a Christian and not have the power from on high? Yes, it is possible, because you can only get power if you thirst for it through prayer. How bad do we want this authority to defeat our enemies? For each of us this is our personal challenge.
WHY IS THIS AUTHORITY NEEDED?
- *Experience God’s anointing to be more effective in ministry.
- *Understand and operate in the supernatural.
- *Minister healing to the sick.
- *Hear the voice of God.
- *Protect yourself from deception.
- *Develop a faith for the miraculous.
- God’s power and authority, this sort that dwells within every born-again believer and energizes his/her life and ministry is not the sort of “thing” that you can touch or contain in a bottle. It is the very energy of the life of God himself. It is the supernatural energy that emanates from God’s being…how much do you desire it?

Praising God for the prayer call every night, but especially last night! Finally, a group of like-minded believers who believe as I do that what Jesus said is true! Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse from leprosy, cast out demons! Freely receive, freely give! I cannot stop praising Him this morning! Thank you for recognizing aloud, the fact that we are called to be doing this so much more. Have believed this most of my life but it sure is hard to find others who will admit to the same.
