TONIGHT’S CALL – LANA KRISTAL…THE THREAT ON AMERICAN SOVEREIGNTY!!!

We have been called to many battle fronts to preserve America. Every one of them is a freedom issue of some sort. We must never forget our focus of being able to speak the truth of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to set people free. America is a sovereign nation and if we lose that it will bring persecution as there will be attempts to limit religious freedom.

Tonight, on our call we will be dealing with sovereignty and the threat that exists to eliminate it from our nation. What is sovereignty? Sovereignty is a political concept that refers to dominant power or supreme authority. In a monarchy, supreme power resides in the “sovereign”, or king. In modern democracies, sovereign power rests with the people and is exercised through representative bodies such as Congress or Parliament. In any state, sovereignty is assigned to the person, body, or institution that has the ultimate authority over other people to establish a law or change an existing law.

Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but, in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts. We must pray and act at all costs to keep America a sovereign nation and “Choose Freedom”.

If we lose our sovereignty to a godless entity our freedoms will diminish. Apathy is our enemy at this time, and we must quicken the people to realize the attempt that is being made to destroy our nation. Bondage is a terrible thing! As Christ has set us free from sin to enter eternity with Him, we have been called to share that truth. We have also been given the responsibility to stand in the gap for the land for the freedoms we now possess.

“So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.” (Ezekiel 22:30)

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” (Galatians 5:1)
