Freedom is very difficult to obtain as it always ensues battles where many times lives are lost. In any battle we must be fully equipped to win. I see every battle from the heavenly perspective where it is spiritual and the whole armor of God is needed. Those same freedoms we fight for are easily lost if we are not careful. As you know, we are in a struggle to keep and maintain the freedoms we presently have in our nation. On this Memorial Day we come to recognize soldiers who have given their lives to give us the freedoms we now enjoy. They must never be forgotten, as well as veterans who are living today, and soldiers who are presently defending our nation. We are in an all-out battle where God is leading us spiritually and physically so may we partner with HIM. As I listened to this video clip sung by United States Marines it gives me encouragement that God has a remnant in place to defend freedom in America. We are spiritual Marines as well!
You are part of that spiritual remnant as we pray and make an appeal to heaven. Our future is in God’s hands. Will we continue to live in freedom or just descend into bondage? I choose freedom and will respond to the call of action. Something is breaking in America currently. It is a momentous shift in history that very few generations were able to experience. Yes, many are still living in apathy, but an awakening has begun. It will result in the greatest move of God that we have experienced in history. As we approach the light at the end of this tunnel make sure you have the whole armor of God on as the world is depending on you.
“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. (Ephesians 6: 10-20)
