DePerno Law Legal Effort Request

February 19, 2021
Dear Patriot,

The election fraud case in Antrim County, Michigan is irrefutable and has resulted in significant, multiple successful legal actions. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Matt DePerno on behalf of an Antrim County resident, William Bailey, as Plaintiff. In the very first court proceeding, the Judge-Kevin Elsenheimer issued a court order for the Antrim County Clerk to allow a cyber forensics team to take images of the Dominion Voting Systems configuration. To date, this action is the ONLY one of its kind in the entire nation.

The court order resulted in the release of a forensics audit report by Allied Securities Operations Group. This report yielded the following public findings:

  • We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.

The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%.

Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years, but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing.

All server security logs prior to 11:03 pm on November 4, 2020 are missing. Other server logs before November 4, 2020 are present; therefore, there is no reasonable explanation for the security logs to be missing.

This is clear evidence of software generated movement of votes. The claims made on the Michigan Office of the Secretary of State website are false.

In addition to the above-referenced public report, there are additional findings redacted by Judge Elsenheimer upon the request of Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessel. In total, these findings have opened the door to the following additional legal actions:

  • When Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson intervened on behalf of the Antrim County Clerk, Judge Elsenheimer allowed discovery into her communications with a variety of individuals and organizations including Dominion. As a result of this order, Matt DePerno is in possession of 50,000 pages of evidence from the Secretary of State.
  • Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson herself is now subject to deposition.
  • A Bench Hearing is scheduled for June 8 and 9, 2021.
  • Criminal action is now pending against Antrim County election officials who violated election statutes.

The Antrim County lawsuit has national implications. The Dominion Voting Systems equipment used in Antrim County is not only used in 65 out of 83 counties in Michigan, it is also used in 28 out of 50 states. Your support is crucial to ensuring that the facts surrounding the 2020 Election Fraud are finally heard in a court of law.

In order to effectively pursue continued legal action, DePerno Law will require significant funding. This funding will pay for paralegals, additional lawyers, court expenses, etc.

The estimated cost to support the aforementioned legal proceedings is expected to be nearly $1 million.
