Day 341 October 11 2021

We are in the season of great delusion. What is delusion? It a belief that is not true: a false idea. Being delusional can be considered a mental disorder and it is in some cases. As we discern the times, we see it is a spiritual veil that has been cast over people’s eyes. When you continue to tell people 1 +1 = 3 many take on the lie. We see an increased attempt to negate election fraud; promotion of harmful vaccines; justifications for giving up personal liberties; and a mantra that goes out in fake news that Christian freedom loving patriots are dangerous to society. The spiritual delusion that many American people are under can be considered almost hypnotic.

Fear is what fuels delusion which leads to confusion where people do not know where to turn. Desperation overtakes many. Have you ever driven through a thick fog where you are straining your eyes to see what is ahead? We have been called to sound the alarm to dissipate the fog of delusion! It is the body of Christ who carries the light to see through the darkness and cut through this fog of hypnotic delusion.

A question might come into our minds is has God allowed this? I believe very strongly that He has allowed the present dilemma. But it is in His enduring mercy for our nation that He is building His church through it. We are in the beginning of a great awakening where we are relearning repentance, humility, seeking God’s face, and increasing our faith to deliver us. Our country has fallen into a fog of moral and spiritual depravity where judgment at the house of God is being undertaken. What is the good news? We have come to realize that our government in Washington DC cannot fix this, but only the one who rules and reigns in the heavens. It is a time to seek the kingdom of heaven first and examine ourselves. The delusional fog that our nation is presently in is an opportunity where trials and testing will refine his church. You have been chosen for such a time as this!

“The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason, God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (2 Thessalonians 2: 9-12)

“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?” (1 Peter 4:17)
