We have been discussing in our last few newsletters how people can get comfortable in being in bondage, also the tyranny in America and today the impact of lawlessness. We see our nation has descended into lawlessness on many fronts. There is a growing sense of lawlessness in our border regions. Citizens are terrorized by murder, theft, assaults in our streets. What is lawlessness?

LAWLESSNESS: disobedient to the law. contrary to or heedless of the law.

Our nation was set in place in our Constitution by following the rule of law. You have heard the saying give an inch and they will take a mile. We are witnessing before our very eye’s lawlessness in its extremes where our only recourse is for God to intervene into our affairs. Have we become a lawless society that could result in anarchy? Anarchy (meaning “without leadership”) is a condition in which a person or group of people reject societal hierarchies, laws, and other institutions. It often entails the dissolution of government. Do we have leadership that is presently in power that we can trust to protect the people? No! God’s word is very clear if lawlessness is not dealt with.

“Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil” (Ecclesiastes 8:11)

What is the good news? God is intervening into our affairs! We have crossed the threshold and I sincerely believe our prayers are filling the bowls in heaven and it is spilling over onto the earth where righteousness will return. Our appeals to heaven have joined the hands with the Lord in which an angelic host had been dispatched. The spiritual war in the heavens that we have so much talked about is well underway. The fruit of our prayers are being seen so we must continue as this month of November will bring many victories. The body of Christ is the answer and if we continue to respond in prayer and action lawlessness will be defeated! Pick up that double edge sword so we can vanquish the enemies of freedom together.
