TONIGHT’S CALL FEATURING COREY SHANKLETON…THE HARVEST!

We have heard consistently about the Great Awakening that is upon us where a billion-soul harvest will be coming into the kingdom. We must consider it an honor to be living during such a time. Another factor that weighs in is what is our responsibility during this time? Is there a Divine setup that is being played out to bring in multitudes of souls into the Kingdom of God? There is so much destruction, attacks, challenges, threats, rumors of war, attacks on our personal and religious freedoms, and so much more.

It seems we have been in a ‘valley’ season worldwide for several years now. Assault after assault has come for many, traumatizing, and leaving many shell-shocked and numb from the battle. We are in a time right now where we can survey the dead things around us (marriages, churches, schools, relationships, governments, etc.), and the Lord is asking us a similar question: “Son of man, can these things live?” I believe the Lord was looking for faith from Ezekiel; He was looking for agreement! He is looking for faith and agreement from His people right now as we survey the dead things around us. He wants us to see them with eyes that believe He can work miracles! (Sylvia Neusch)

As we are witnessing many dead things around us, we must realize this is an opportunity for the church to rise and be a witness taking out the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Numerous times we have said to impact your sphere of influence. Identify it and pray for those in your realm. Your voice is going to be used in that sphere. The question was asked in Ezekiel 37 can these dry bones live? The answer was an unequivocal yes! We are in an awakening right now. Do not allow the enemy of our souls to deter us from our assignment in winning souls for the kingdom.

What is soul winning? Soul winning according to the scripture in Matthew 28:19 means to teach the word of God to people around you. It implies sharing your experience of salvation with unbelievers. A soul winner is a Christian who has the habit of sharing the gospel. It is teaching people who are not yet born again. This is our time so realize our place in history and make winning souls for the kingdom a priority. God has prepared the way in allowing all that has manifested so hang on to the thought that all things work together for good. Stay the course and hold the line!

“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise.” (Proverbs 11:30)

“Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” (Matthew 9: 35-38)
