TONIGHT’S CALL – MARK GURLEY WITH JOHN GIBBS…TESTIMONY OF A BLACK REPUBLICAN!

Last week we did a message on heroes. Last night on our call we had a true Christian hero Pastor Pawlowski, the Canadian clergyman who was imprisoned and tortured who stood in the faith against oppressive government. We see people rising in all the cultural gateways of society as they have realized what is at stake regarding the future of America. Yesterday, we spoke about persecution and how it can be a badge of honor. As we are approaching resurrection Sunday may we keep our eyes focused on the one who is the epitome of suffering and persecution… Jesus Christ.

Every Hero God is calling to the front lines today in this spiritual battle we are in must look for every advantage that may be available to us. What is that one advantage? It is having a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. When Jesus came, died, and rose again the Holy Spirit was given to us along with so many gifts. Every born-again Christian is called to advance the kingdom of God and share the gospel. Wherever the Lord has placed you in society this is the Divine expectation he has implanted in you. The Lord is sending out messengers. We are called to take back the land!

The Word says the government will be on his shoulder. Is it possible that we are to convey and carry into governmental circles that Biblical Worldview? YES! Many of us are being called into uncomfortable areas but we realize it is a necessity. It still hasn’t dawned on many how serious the state of our nation is facing. We must rise up against evildoers in all facets of society. There will be sacrifice and a price to pay. It will infringe on our time, talents, and financial resources. What price are you willing to pay for freedom? We will continue to encourage people to stay the course and hold the line. We are now in the battle of the ages so where is God calling you? The Lord does not have a high opinion of cowards. Identify and impact your sphere of influence. Utilize the gifts of the Holy Spirit God has given each of you and take the offensive. Remember, if it is too easy it is not worth doing.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” (Isaiah 60: 1-3)

“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)

“But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)
