Tonight’s Call – Reminding the Lord of What We’ve Done – Lana Kristal, Rosemarie Wright and Anita Christopher
Many so easily forget what the Lord has done for us! Have we really stamped eternity on our eyeballs? Have many who have professed Christ just go on living lives out normally with no passion to share the Word of God? Looking at what our nation is going through, do we comprehend what God is exposing? Do we really see how He is unfolding human events to bring America back to a righteous state (Proverbs 14:34)? May the Lord enlighten us all.
Have you ever played chess and checkers? Checkers is a fast-moving game while Chess is very slow moving and takes much thought where strategy is applied. What we are experiencing today is a slow unfolding of events where much exposure is taking place. We are in a Chess game! Because this process is so slow, we may forget what the Lord has done in so many areas to save our nation in order to preserve a future for our children and grandchildren. May we never forget what the Lord has already done even in past decades leading up to the events in 2020. God had to allow even the results of many past elections to bring us to this place we are today. It was hard for me personally to see this, but now I understand!
Every day is bringing new things to the surface which would not have manifested if prior events (decades ago) had not taken place. Even the awakening and revival outbreak in our land was coordinated by the Lord. It is designed to bring light into the darkness. The stage for this to manifest had to be set up perfectly. So how do we remember what the Lord has done: Pray on a regular basis; stay involved; avoid all disunity; and celebrate what you are aware of. And of course, take the communion supper often as it is done in remembrance of Him.
Remembering God’s goodness moves us to respond to our world and hope rather than fear. Remembering God’s love for us fuels our love for others. The discipline of remembering inspires us to act. Throughout the Bible, God’s people are exhorted to place their trust in Him enjoying Him as He restores and redeems our world.
“Let His grace and mercy comfort you and remind you of His unfailing love.” (Psalm 143:4)
“But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” (Deuteronomy 8:18)
“I keep the Lord in mind always. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” (Psalm 77:11) I

When you have relationship troubles, or confusion about what to do next, or have regret over past mistakes, where do you turn? What or whom do you lean on? In Saul 25, we read that David found encouragement in placing his hope in God (verse 5). We’re not sure about his precise situation, but he mentioned enemies, he hinted at guilt, and he confessed to being lonely. Still, even with all this distress (verse 18), David affirmed his faith in God. What specific attribute about God gave David Hope? We find a clue in the words – you, Lord, are good (verse 7). What a contrast between the “good God” of David and the other gods of the ancient world! These regional deities were known for their petty, vindictive behavior. People believed that most of the destruction and chaos in the world was the result of the god’s lust, vanity, and selfishness.
How different from the one, True God of the Bible! The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob– the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ– is portrayed as inherently, good. What does divine goodness look like? We find the answers scattered elsewhere in the Word. Because our God is good,; He cannot be in the presence of sin or evil ( Isaiah 59:2); P forgive sin ( 1 John 1:9); E grants repentant sinners the righteousness of Christ ( 2 Corinthians 5:19-21); E has plans to bless His people ( Jeremiah 29:11-13); E works ceaselessly for our complete transformation ( Philippians 1:6); He remains faithful even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13); He helps us overcome temptation ( 1 Corinthians 10:13); E provides perfect peace to those who trust Him ( Isaiah 26:3); He judges with impartiality ( Psalm 9:8).
God does all these good things and more for us because He is intrinsically good. And David knew from experience that God’s goodness transcends losses, overcomes failures, overshadows hurts, and defeats discouragement. Those who wait for God’s goodness will not be disappointed.

STATE CAPITOL ROTUNDA PRAYER GATHERING REPORT – 3/23/23
I am so thankful for the “Trojan Horse” radical praying remnant who came to the Lansing Capitol Rotunda (Womb) last Thursday. We had nearly 70 in attendance where we prayed, praised, worshiped, and made declarations unto the Lord. State legislators visited and several children came into our meeting with state capitol tours. We moved aside and prayed over this younger generation. It was a special day. We will gather again in the Rotunda on April 27th at 10 AM. What will it take to have pastors, ministry leaders, watchmen, and intercessors to see the importance of going into the belly of the beast???
