Tonight’s Call – APRIL 11…STABILITY IN THE SHAKING!

*I would engulf the whole world in darkness and seize the ripest apple on the tree – the United States – as it is the leader of Freedom in the world… and begin by saddling that nation with unpayable debt.
*I would subvert the churches into compromise with liberalism away from Biblical/moral standards.
*I would whisper to the younger generation that the Bible is a myth and convince them man created God instead of God creating man.
*I would tell the younger generation and society that bad is good and what good is bad.
*I would teach them to pray – “Our Father who art in Washington…”.
*I would organize authors, screenwriters, movie makers, journalist…the media – to make lurid literature and entertainment exciting so that anything else would seem dull and uninteresting.
*I would put out dirtier, immoral, more violent movies to impact the minds of the people and desensitize them.
*I would make narcotics and drugs more easily available and tranquilize the rest with pills.
*I would glamorize and make consumption of alcohol/drugs the normal thing to partake of.
*I would divide the families – divorce, adultery, and immorality; bring division to the churches to accuse and criticize each other; cause wars between races and nations until each was consumed.
*I would utilize a mesmerizing media to fan the flames. WE CALL THAT FAKE NEWS TODAY!
*I would capture the minds of the youth and young intellects and neglect to discipline or restrain emotions…but let them run wild – do it if it feels good.
*I would have prisons overflowing and judges promoting and allowing pornography.
*I would evict God and the 10 commandments out of the courthouse, halls of congress and government.
*I would infiltrate the church by substituting psychology for religion and begin to deify fake science as God.
*I would lure pastors and priests into sexually abusing boys, girls, and church money.
*I would make Christmas the symbol of a bottle instead of Christ and Easter as an egg instead of the resurrection.
*I would take from those who have, and I would give to those who wanted – and kill the incentive of the ambitious
*I would promote gambling as a way for states and individuals to get rich.
*I would warn and caution against “extremes” in hard work, patriotism, and moral conduct.
*I would convince the young that traditional marriage is old fashioned, that sexual promiscuity is more fun and what you see on TV/Hollywood is the way to live – where undressing or nudity in public is OK where you can be lured into sexual relations to spread sexually transmitted diseases for which there is no cure.
*I would glamorize sex where unwanted pregnancies would increase and the sanctioned neglect killing of defenseless babies would result – ABORTION.
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because all they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man… And birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore, God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise, also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting, being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil mindedness, their whispers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, un-discerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful, cool, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.” (Romans 1:18-32)

NAMES OF GOD CHRISTOPHER HUDSON – ATIK YOMIN… ANCIENT OF DAYS!
We’ve all seen cartoons that picture God as a road and bearded old man, sitting on a throne, maybe leaning on a scepter for strength. Even Michelangelo’s famous painting in the Sistine Chapel, The Creation of Adam, pictures God in this way. In all likelihood, these modern-day depictions of God come from Daniels long ago glimpse into heaven. In that famous vision, Daniel saw God personified as an elder — an ancient, wise man, who sat on a throne to rule and judge. With this image, God was referred to as the Ancient of Days. This mysterious phrase is probably meant to encompass most or all of the following: God is ageless and timeless. He is perfectly wise. The throne suggests the power and authority of one who rules. The white clothing and hair likely are meant to picture holiness — though in today’s culture, we too often mistake them to mean that God is all, fragile, and out of touch with reality. But nothing could be further from the truth.
This description of God as the Ancient of Days is intended to inspire all and humble submission. Only this One existed before time began. He alone is Creator and Ruler and Judge of the universe. No one is older, more powerful, or more peer. We humans are bound by time, but the Ancient of Days stands outside time. He is the sovereign King of everything. No wonder He says in Isaiah 43:13, From ancient days I am A. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it? (Isaiah 43:13. It is interesting to note how Christ is portrayed by John in Revelation 1:14-15: The hair on His head was white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes were like flaming fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of rushing waters.
John’s vision reminds us that Jesus did not begin His existence lying in a manger in Bethlehem. Rather, He shares the eternal nature and power of God the Father. It’s no wonder, or actually it is a wonder, that when confronted by the Pharisees, Jesus boldly stated, Before Abraham was born, I am! (John 8:58). He was claiming to be the same One Daniel saw — eternal, all-powerful, sovereign, holy, wise, and good; not visible only to select profits in rare visions but living and moving among us (John 1:14). The One who is the Ancient of Days can see us through the worst of days.
QUESTION: How does your current understanding of God need to change to better align with the truth that He is the awe-inspiring Agent of Days?
“As I looked, thrones were set in place, and the Agent of Days took His seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair IS had was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.” (Daniel 7:9)
