Tonight’s Call – The Perfect Storm
We have now arrived at the time where the “Perfect Storm” over our nation will begin to unravel. A perfect storm is used to refer to a confluence of events that results in an outcome whether good or bad. These events come together perfectly! It is a time now where all will be affected by unfolding events that will be considered as “impact moments”. What is an impact moment? Think back to when 9 11 struck America, and the Trade Towers were taken down by an act of terrorism. Where were you at that time? Can you recall the day and trace your steps of what you did? I was in a motel lobby in Midland, MI waiting to go preach the Gospel on a university campus. I watched the events unfold on a TV station in the lobby. As a seventh grader when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, I can remember being at home with the flu in bed watching history unfold. These are impact moments. We have entered a time where impact moments will be increasing.
The political, economic, geophysical, social, church, family and educational realms are facing challenges that will shake every foundation on which we rested them. The earth is shaking and groaning. Political turmoil, economic unrest, more possible plandemics, Christian persecution, cyber-attacks, actions to take down the “Deep State”, and the threats of terrorism are increasing. There is only one foundation to build on that will survive the shakings in these coming years and that is Jesus Christ. The voice of the Lord is shaking the wilderness (Psalm 29:8). We have entered a perfect storm where simultaneous challenges in the world are coming together as one. God is moving and attempting to wake up the church. For those who walk by faith it is the best of times and for those without it will be the worst of times. You are an awakened one who walks by faith. The praying radical remnant is alive and well. So what is the hope? What must the church do? Is this nation able to turn back to God in such a way where another “Great Awakening” can occur in America? Do we have a choice in the late hour we are facing? Yes, if the church responds and realizes God prefers mercy over judgment (Psalm 103:8). It rests on people who will rise up and pray with a renewed desperation. We face the challenge of returning to a place where God will restore His favor. It is called the dwelling place of God. God’s presence in the times we are in is the only solution. We must keep the fire on the altar of prayer burning (Exodus 29:41-43). This is the answer! May we seek the Lord and receive His divine refuge and strength in the prayer closet (Matthew 6:6) or secret place (Psalm 91:1). The radical remnant must rise up and go to work.

“As in the movie The Perfect Storm, the storm I see coming to the United States is a combination of more than one element, and when the elements unite, the storm becomes exponentially more dangerous. However, unlike the movie, this storm is not just a storm of merging weather patterns. This storm is worse; it involves 5 different elements: religion, politics, economics, war, and geo-physical events. Massive problems in these five areas will come often, or in combination, and sometimes repeatedly. Each element has potentially several events that will have national and international ripple effects. Some ripples will be worse than others, depending on where you live and how you make your living. Different areas of the United States will experience different severities. Some will experience more economic elements, others more geo-physical elements; some will experience all elements. Remember, it is the combination and the rapidity that will make the storm problematic.” – JOHN PAUL JACKSON

NEVER FORGET…WE HAVE THE AUTHORITY!
The authority is in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. In the spirit realm this name gets things done. Jesus is a king over the universe! When we become born again, we carry an authority that was given to us after what Christ accomplished on the cross. We must have faith that we carry that authority. When you pray you must expect that it will manifest. Whatever is coming or whatever is going to manifest in the shakings ahead, never forget you carry the authority as a believer in Jesus Christ to speak to the mountains to be removed. We can eliminate or minimize the impact of the shakings on our personal lives. The shakings cannot be stopped but we can believe in Psalm 91 where we will be protected. We will be a people to run into the storm with no fear. Perfect love casts out all fear! Our families and our sphere of influence will be looking to us in these coming days for answers. We will be their comforters in the word of God that was sewn into them will bear fruit.
STAY THE COURSE AND HOLD THE LINE…. WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS!
“He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me. The Seventy Return with Joy Then the [e]seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name. And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” Luke 10: 16-20)
“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28: 18-20)
