Urgent Michigan News – American Law for American Courts – Call and E-Mail!

Hello,

The call and E-mails that can be generated for these bills below is critical in the next few days.  Here is where you can be part of  a pro-active solution so our children can be protected. HB 4769 is being introduced today. It is the bill – “American Law for American Courts” protecting our state constitution from foreign laws such as Sharia Law…and again foreign court rulings. We have a few Republican legislators who are stonewalling it. We need your help now…read the communication below.

God bless,

Rick Warzywak – Michigan Capitol House of Prayer

Urgent news out of Michigan.  On September 12, 2012, Rep Dave Agema will discharge the HB 4769 bill commonly known as American Laws for American Courts.  It has been buried in the Judiciary Committee for more than 14 months.  When the bill is discharged to the floor, the Speaker of the House Jase Bolger can accept it for a vote or pass on it.  It is imperative that HB 4769 has the opportunity to be voted on.

Now is the time, today, to call and email Rep Jase Bolger to encourage him to allow the bill to be voted on.  His office number is  517-373-1787  and his email is jamesbolger@house.mi.gov

Once the bill is voted and passed there must be an opportunity to vote on it in the Senate.  The bill in the senate is SB 701 and is in the committee headed by Speaker of the Senate Randy Richardville.  He too does not want to see this bill voted on.  Contact his office at  517-373-3543 or email him at senrichardville@senate.michigan.gov

If we can get 30,000 calls and email to these two men like we saw in Kansas we will see some action.

Last weekend was the Michigan GOP convention.  Over 800 delegate signatures were collecting looking to amend the Michigan GOP platform to adopt the same language that was adopted in the National GOP platform:

“Subjecting American citizens to foreign laws is inimical to the spirit of the Constitution.  It is one reason we oppose US participation in the International Criminal Court.  There must be no use of foreign law by US courts in interpreting our Constitution and laws.  Nor should foreign sources of law be used in State courts’ adjudication of criminal or civil matters.”

It is Republican leadership in Michigan, the Governor and the Speakers of both Houses, that are looking to block this bill despite overwhelming support from Michigan citizens and the National Party Platform.  Your calls and emails are important.  Do not delay, call today!
