Modern Day Circuit Riders

The State of Michigan is being postured for a visitation of God because of the growing prayer movement in our state.  We are experiencing regions being activated in unified one accord prayer.  Cindy Jacobs (Generals of Intercession) told me last spring that I was a circuit rider.  A month before a pastor from the Upper Peninsula gave me a picture as a gift.  It was a picture of Paul Revere in Boston Square on a horse.  He said to me that I was a circuit rider taking out a message.  There is a history behind the term “circuit rider” with John Wesley and the early day Methodist movement.

Circuit rider is a popular (as opposed to official) term referring to clergy in the earliest years of the United States who were assigned to travel around specific geographic territories to minister to settlers and organize congregations.

More importantly, Cindy Jacobs told me God is rising up circuit riders across America.  What many do not realize that when Paul Revere went out on that midnight ride  – 40 other riders simultaneously went out to warn that the British regulars were coming.  You who are reading this are modern day circuit riders called to spread the modern day prayer movement (Herrnhut and the Moravians).  Be faithful in shepherding and activating your sphere of influence this year – 2011.  The Call and Lou Engle is coming to Detroit on 11/11/11 for a 24 hour nationwide prayer gathering.  Make your circuit ride and call out to all whom you know to get ready and make plans for this 24 hour day and night prayer gathering.  Detroit and our state of Michigan will be a model to the nation.

NOTE:  To hear more what Kim Clement recently spoke about this upcoming gathering.  Cindy Jacobs will be joining us on a call on May 23rd.
